With some other front wheel? The pipes and kickstand look Buell.

Good eye, it has got to be one. Frame looks XB, as does the oil cooler placement. |

I feel like I have seen those scoops before. I especially like the wind screen... |

That bike is unique, but too cobby looking for me. |

You had me at spokes.... The rear pulley is a sweet piece too! That is a ton of work to a Buell, but still 80% Buell... so whats with the Norton ManX stickers all over it?? |

It is a Buell. Tribute to the Norton Manx. I believe a guy in France. Looks great! |

As a former Norton Commando owner, I sometimes think part of the reason I love the XB is that it is kind of like a Commando brought up to date: big, throbbing, torquey old fashioned twin motor rubber mounted in a good handling frame. Even the fuel in tank concept has some similarity to the Peter Williams designed TT winning monococque John Player Special Norton. |

Oh, I see, it's a Norton Outlaw! The most innovative and original Norton to date! Norton on the swingarm, Norton on the frame, Norton on the scoop. Disgusting that there is no credit given to Buell anywhere on this parasite of a bike. |

Well, I would say it fits in with all the half-wits who find it necessary to call their bike a Harley Buell |
