I'm looking to decorate my garage with Buell articles... (like Cracker Barrel, Applebee's), minus the food. I thought it would be cheaper to get a broken belt than buy a new one. Anyone willing to part with theirs? I'll pay shipping costs. |

IF I still have my broken 12 belt I'd be up for that... Broken 12 belts are MUCH more rare too... |

The 2003 9ines had a problem its all okay now though I guess its still possible to break a belt, mainly through twisting when fitting rear tyres or getting a rock through the belt. The first belt i had on my nine was perished/cracked and then tore at 12K miles the next one looks brand new at 15K miles so far. So thats the nines the 12'sas MI says are much more rare to break |

I got a small rock punched through mine at about 2500 miles I think it was. It broke at about 8K when I was landing a jump. '04 XB12R... |

No belt but I have an airbox cover and an air filter and reflectors, and belt guard, and a Dunlop D207 rear tire. Gentleman_jon -- Let us know what Buell's reply is! Mike. |

-=sigh=- The only problem with the '03 belts were the nuts putting them together. I've got a rather eclectic collection of stuff as well. Hell, until a couple weeks ago I had a hacked-up orange 2000 M2 tail section. Tires, snorkels, velocity stacks, airboxes, reflectors, a complete set of body work, header, mirrors, footpegs...the list goes on... |

You want set of those crappy D207FU or whatever they are? I have 2 bald carcas and I think I can account for 90% the rubber that peeled off them if I sweep the garage floor. |
