2003 Firebolt 9R rear shock with about 19,000 miles on it. Had started weeping so I replaced it. St. Paul HD set me up with a new one for such a good price that I can't imagine this being of any value to anyone, but who knows. I don't know if they can be serviced or rebuilt - if they can, and you want it, it's yours for the cost of the postage to get it to you... |

I am wondering if they can be rebuilt too. I just bought a used one to replace the original that leaked oil everywhere. Prior to the oil leak, I heard/felt clunking at low speeds so it's possible something broke inside the shock. The replacement shock made the clunking go away. |

I had one rebuilt/revalved for my XB12 by RaceTech. They initially said it wasn't rebuildable, but once in their hands - no problem. And now they have it in their database. |

As Zacks said, Racetech. Probably rebuilt with Gold Valve kit for not much more than a stock replacement. http://www.racetech.com/ProductSearch/12/Buell/XB9 R/2000-04 If I had an XB9, I'd grab that from you in a heartbeat for the price you're asking! |
