I sent 4 pulleys over there for there cnc cut, after powdercoating the rears locally. I will be powdercoating the front now after the cut, since they are steel and would rust otherwise. The blue ones are for the XB90R project and the yellow ones are for Stryper, my Uly build.

The blue one is for a client build (90" XB9R) due in two weeks so I can't sell it, sorry. While I am pleased with the overall result and their uniqueness, this endeavor ended up being very expensive between powdercoating costing more than quoted, shipping to and from Italy, having to pay customs for FS to receive them, and wire transfer fee to pay them. I'm lucky to have done all 4 at once, because after I have the front pulleys powdercoated, I'll be in these 4 pulleys about $1000.

I thought he only made the pulley cover. Since I was already doing the rears, it seemed more prudent time wise to do the fronts at the same time, since the main shipping expense is the initial overseas charge, so 2 rears only or all 4 pulleys wouldn't be much different in shipping costs, and the actual cutting service itself was only €56 per pulley. But that was before I found out about all the other ridiculous expenses ot related to Free Spirits.

Lucky hands does the front pulley, a bit more expensive but far better and they make them rust proof, and if you send the primary front part they lighten it a bit and balance it

Good to know, thanks Pontlee. The front pulleys are at the coaters being blasted and powdercoated so rust isn't an issue; I just wanted to wait to coat them until after the cut to do so, to avoid any bare steel spots that could rust. I have been looking for a while for someone that can lighten the rotor in the primary; thanks to you I have a name now : ) .
