Check with eBay. Look for item #142166741673-the seller claims to have ten of them procured from American Sport bike when they closed. |

Yes, that is me. The isolators were on deep backorder for the last 6 months that American Sport Bike existed, and we had a bunch of them on order. The backorders arrived at American Sport Bike pretty much as we were closing the doors, and we told folks that had them on backorder that we would send them after we were out of business or they could cancel, whichever they preferred. The 10 I have for sale here were from customer cancellations at that time. I had planned on holding on to them for a few years on the bet that the cost on these would skyrocket in the future. I still believe that to be the case. But I learned from Lance yesterday that these have been on deep backorder again for months and that folks are hurting for them, so I put these up for sale. If you're planning on holding on to your XB, you'd be wise to put isolators up on the shelf for the future when they come off of backorder. We've been ebaying the little bit of residual stock that hadn't sold back before we shut the doors for a few months. We have until the end of the year to either sell them or pay use tax on the residual inventory. Most of the stuff is being sold way below our cost. So if you are looking at the isolators, take a gander at other items for sale by the same socalgoodstuff seller. You might find some deals on some stuff that you need, and it would certainly do us a favor to move it out. Thanks, Al |

Thanks, I just did the eBay for that. Really disappointed at how parts are being treated for Buells by Harley. I never suspected this treatment for these bikes when I bought mine in 2009. It's been a great bike mostly, but I see things getting worse, I may sell it after being a Buell owner of one or an other since 1999. Thanks again for releasing those. My xb12 only had 36k on it so I suspect age of rubber more than miles, abuse. |
