So I got my windows tablet yesterday (Winbook TW700, specifically because it has a full size USB port and fits in my RAM mount), and decided to try my hand at datalogging this morning on my way to work. Everything seemed to be working fine (btw, way James Bond feeling watching ECM Spy on the fly), but after I stopped the log, and went to find it, the folder it mentioned (ECM Spy/Megalog) wasn't there. Any ideas? I do have Megalog installed as well and tried looking for it through that program as well, to no avail. |

when you stopped log, you were sure file was saved at that moment in time? I cheat in that I always check the messages tag and read last entry to make sure file was saved and the where it was saved. .msq extension if I remember right. what version of spy are you using? I had pm'd you last week to ask that question and if it was latest, greatest of the free version and if so, could I get a copy from you. let me now what you find out. |

Sorry, I forgot to respond. My version is 1.12.27. According to the log at the bottom of ECM Spy, it saved into ECM Spy/Megalog, but no such folder exists (unless it's hidden). |

is your ecmspy folders under documents under your 'name' for your machine? i've never had hidden folder with any of the spy programming. could i get a copy of that spy from you? I always like to have a backup for the just in case times we all seem to have. |

Sure, I'll PM you this evening. I had to give back the cable I was borrowing so future work will have to wait until I can buy a cable. |
