Well last week i wrecked my 03 zx6r, so once the road rash heals ill be starting on polishing and working on my buell again. I got a little pre occupied on the ninja project and had it done before i wrecked it. Im going to be driving my car more often then the buell because i want to save it and use it for ride trips with my friends. Enough ranting back to the subject. Today i removed my undertail and took all the lights off of it and im makeing a fiber glass cast of the stock one and hacking up the cast and making it thicker. im planning on mounting leds in it for turn signals and relocating the license plate. This is where ill post any of my updates on the project and let you guys know how its coming. has anyone here made there own undertail on a firebolt? ben | ||

yeah thats nice but i think it would be alot cooler to have built it yourself. Fiber glass is not too hard to work with, I like having projects to work on. My mold is drying and it looks like its going to come togeather pretty damn good ill take some pics once i get the whole layout set up. | ||

Ben...WTF?! Where'd you go down at? That sucks 'cuz I know how much work you put into that bike. I hope it wasn't too serious and your up and riding soon. Obviously the Buell Gods were upset at you for not paying attention to your 'Bolt!  | ||

i liked the monochromatic scheme of the Ermax, but didn't have the cash, so i just painted the factory black plastic white to match the body of my 'bolt, and it looks pretty sharp. | ||
