Non-destructive: Get a Locksmith to pick the lock. There may be a lock code on the ignition lock assembly, from which a new key could be cut. Destructive: slide hammer the lock cylinder out. Then, hopefully, turn the latch with a screwdriver. |

Thanks fellas. I was thinking locksmith. I had read that getting keys with the code from Harley was near impossible. |

I wonder if these locks can be bumped open. |

I have the tumbler apart from the seat lock and it's very simple. I know I can get an ignition and gas cap with key on ebay then modify the tumbler in the seat to work with that key. The problem I think I or a locksmith will run into is the amount of torque needed to get the cap open with picks. |

Look on the tumbler housing for a 4 to 6 digit code. A locksmith might be able to cut a key from that code. |

If you have one of the tumblers out, a locksmith can make a key from the tumblers inside. But the accessory locks may not use all the tumblers. |
