Hello first post on the XB board, can anybody get me the dimensions/height of an XB steering neck, or the inside dimensions of the triple trees from the inside of the top and bottom trees while mounted? Thanks |

Sorry, my calipers are just a fee inches too short to measure it. |

The number I came up with via paper transfer was 7.820". Should be within .200" I think, if I measured from the right spots. Good luck Dean . You're better option is to press the tuber stem into the XB lower and counterbore the top tree to fit the factory nut. |

Thanks, that is about what I came up with. I am toying with running the tuber trees with a lower bearing race spacer and longer steering stem. This is a long term burning time project though no hurry. |
