Almost looks like sun may have distorted or has been plastic welded. To replace is it just a matter of removing internals or is this one of the situations I should live with? Unfortunately, you can't buy just the shell, so you would need to find an entire cluster to do the swap with. Also, the aftermarket Zero Gravity Double Bubble windscreen is known to cause the clusters to melt if the sun hits it right.
