My battery is ready for replacement. Would it cause drivability issues if it wasn't putting out full voltage?

Yes. I got stuttering on my old battery.

ECM doesn't like a lower voltage.

+1 had issues with a old battery as well.

New battery on order. Should be here this week. I'm going to add and do some maintenance on the grounds.

Got one! New battery installed. 13.4 volts versus 12.3 on the old (I think original) battery. Did Buell use a Harley battery as the OE part?

Yep Harley battery was standard equipment. They work pretty good to.
