The one thing I really like about the K&N in some applications is that they have an easy to use nut welded to the filter, so you can just unscrew it with a normal socket. The XB filter is pretty much in the open though, so I don't feel the need on that bike. Which one filters best? No idea. I think it depends on the brand of oil you choose. |

I agree with everyone else for the most part. Just about every company has independent testing to show their filter is better than the competitors. But then again its up to you. I do think K&N and Wix are probably the best ones out there. I run Wix though. Little cheaper but still backed by a good name and product |
