I assume that's meant to mean wheel cylinder. That kind of implies the master or slave cylinders, but I'm not familiar with any lining that can be replaced. I assume he means brake pads. What's best? What are you looking for? The best pad for tooling around town is not the best pad for racing. I'm happy with EBC HH for my street riding.
