Go through your local bank or credit union |

Most dealers work through a variety of options (HD, local credit unions, etc.). When I financed my Blast it was through a local credit union. The Firebolt went through HD, though I refinanced it pretty quickly elsewhere. |

my employer lets me borrow against my Savings plan...I essentially borrow money from myself and pay the interest/payments back into the Savings plan...paying back my money and interest to myself...it's great if you work for a large organization...check it out...may be an option |

just remember you are going to miss out on the fall boom of the stock market, which can adversely effect the long term strategy of fixed savings plans.. furthermore the amount borrowed usually goes into fix account equal to the loan amount...that's the hitch low interest loans may be a better option rule: always read the fine print |

Dave, I just had this image of you walking up to Obioma, you wearing a trench coat, looking left to right then pulling open one side of the coat to expose a new XB12R. quote:"Psssst. Hey buddy, you wanna a deal on a new Buell? I can get you good interest rates on a loan too."

the point I was trying to make was that some organizations offer good incentives for employees to borrow against themselves...if you're in that situation (which I am) and it's a good deal (which it is) then it could be an option...I read all applicable fine print and I come out on top see you in the fall for the "boom"... |

Use a home equity line and then write the interest off on your taxes. |
