Well I tore the frame off the old 05 scooter and am cleaning painting and updating the motor frame and swing arm. I have the ability to ceracoat parts so I have already done the pipes for my Micron and am now thinking about changing the pistons and cams to get a little more power. Has anyone done XB9 pistons to a 12 motor and if so what issues did you run into/ Also is there a cam set out there I can do without major engine changes? Thanks Red | ||

look into the red shift cams, I think pretty much all of them will require you to have some internal work done cam side. as for the 9 pistons into the 12, I have this done on mine and ran into no real issues, the fuel maps seem to get lean higher than 4k otherwise the race map suits it fairly well. |
