Author Message   Jraice Posted on Friday, July 27, 2012 - 10:23 pm:        Why are the steering bearings on Buells ball bearing and not tapered rollers? Or was I told wrong and they are tapered? Just seems like a poor bearing choice for a frond end and is likely why I hear about the clicking and bad bearings so often, as once they go a little, you can't tighten them down anymore to snug things up. Just curious if there is a cost or performance reason for the bearings they use.
