http://www.hillbilly-motors.de/html/lsl.html Does anybody have these crashpads from Hillbilly-Motors? I am thinking about getting the ones for the frame and swingarm, but I am wondering if they will give full protection to the frame in a crash? I am giving my XB9R to my brother so he can learn how to ride a motorcycle, and I know he's going to crash it, so I want the frame and swingarm protected as much as possible. Also, on the crashpad that attaches to the enginemount, how does it fit on the left side? Does the plastic need to be cut? Thanks guys. |

Dresden: I have them. You can see the whole thread instance here: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show.cgi?tpc=32777&post=279696#POS T279696 I don't have the handlebar-ends or swingarm ones, but I've got the "main" units. I've also got the C/F sliders from Dave on, too... Let me know if you need more info. Chris

Thanks for the link, Barkandbite. I may also get the Trojan Horse carbon fiber & kevlar frame protectors. Has anybody tested the crashpads yet? |

They're made by Spiegler I believe. Er, no, they're made by LSL...hence the LSL logo on them (even on the Spiegler page)
