Hello buddies!! Great news...I bought (gota pick it up this weekend coming) a 2005 Yellow Firebolt from Colonial HD in VA. I got a great price ($4000 out the door) and they were very flexible and even gave me a military discount!! It will join my small family consisting of a Black SCG and my 1987 Hawk (which is a project right now ) haha Now all I have to do is lower it since I'm short...with the SCG I can just about have both heels flat with my boots on. Thanks for all the guidance.

You will enjoy. But how short? I've a 28" inseam and do ok with a good set of thick soled boots. Granted, I tripod it, but I feel ok.. |

Sweeet man! Ive been to Colonial HD and seen your bike. (Im up here in Richmond) Very clean machine and a nice deal it sounds. I think they were asking over 5 when I first saw it several months back. Enjoy! we're two out of a very small number of buellists Ive run into in this area. |

Congrats! Glad you found another Buell for your stable. Those Hawks sure were great bikes. Check out the garage and projects section of canyon chasers dot net for some cool work an associate did with his Hawk if you are looking for ideas, or interested in what others have done with theirs. |

Thats Awesome! I'm actually coming from Tennessee so its like a 9 hour drive!! UGH!! Haha thats totally cool... I did stay at Lee a few times. They told me they still have a yellow XB12R so I am sure they will be negotiable for that too! best of luck with everything! B |
