HI All, I just fitted a new APH Performance Engineering exhaust (known as an 'Albert' exhaust on the UKBEG forum) and thought I'd share my video... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ap8gqpr9Ap0. It looks great, sounds great and is probably the best quality build of any exhaust I've owned - Massively recommend them! I'd rate it far and above over my previous Remus and Free Spirits ones. |

can you jack up the bike on it? if I'm correct, spec-ops and drummers still allow for...uh....jacking. |

Yep, I have done so - But I do it with the jack on the end/weld not the middle for example. |

Not as silly-loud as a drummer or similar, not quite as loud as an unbaffled Remus, but not far off. I've had 2 Remus exhausts, a Free Spirits 304, stock and modified stock (Sabre Performance Engineering) and this is best. For me it's spot on. Loud enough when idling, gives a nice deep loud growl when you rev it, but sensible enough that it doesn't blow the windows out of the neighbors houses It's a beast when you want it to be, but you can ride it gently and it not sound too ridiculous Honestly, the best exhaust I've had on a buell... And I've had a few Oh... And seriously the best quality exhaust I've seen - it's truly artfully made |
