Author Message   Blaylock1988 Posted on Saturday, July 09, 2011 - 11:38 am:        Sup guys! I painted/polished my front pulley and am working on making a pulley guard out of a sheet of aluminum. I am still working on the design, I am going to do the design work in Photoshop to experiment with different designs before I start cutting. Here are a couple pics of the work I did today. I will post more pictures of designs as I work on them, I would love any input you guys have. These are the first concept drawings I came up with last night. The pulley cover I have does not cover the area that you have polished. I paint mine with an Elmer"s paint pen. Needs to be redone a couple times a year (season). Can we get a pic of the latest one, that completes the chin fairing, showing the whole bike? I like that idea. Here's a view of what I've done so far. I used to have a cast aluminium cover, but since I got a rogue rear-hugger bolt jammed in it and trashed the belt, I've opted to maintain the plastic cover, just changed the top angle a little.
