Hope to find some help here... I'm looking for a streetfighter conversion on my XB9S, I know most of you don't like it but hey, de gustibus non est disputandum! here's an example of what I mean http://www.xborgforum.de/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=830 (hope the link works) |

Europe has more of the streetfighter stuff then here, But if you check over in the Thumper section, EZ has some good links for the streetfighter look front fairings. |

Here is a seat unit that we can now supply that just bolts into place utilising the stock subframe on the S models. If you want to change back to the regular saddle it's dead easy. It comes in two versions - the one pictured that is 'jacked up' using two spacers to lift the subframe, or another version that fits with everything stock. They are supplied in unpainted glassfibre without the seat foam (although we can supply this if necessary). UK price is £230 for the stock type or £250 for the 'jacked up' Eurofighter look. The rear light assemly is not included but is also available from us |

just this one, sits 2" lower at the rear. By the way, I was mistaken on the last post, the seat foam is included. While I'm on the subject of new stuff, how about these polished aluminium bits to match the airbox cover we already have:

Trojan, you know how to make a man's heart bleed! Misato, breath in - breath out! I got an email from hillbilly where they told me gemo-fighters (from the initial link) asked them to sell the monocoque for them. However, Gemo still needs to build the subframe. Indicative price is between 1350-1400€ unpainted (1660-1720 USD)... The Trojan solution at 460 USD is getting interesting Another question if I may, is it worth the money to invest in a extra torque pully kit, just to spice the xb9 up a bit? Bluefirebolt, niet veel Belgen met een buell xb tegengekomen! Kent gij vlaamse buell forums? |

Stefaan, You are making me feel even more ignorant than usual. Matt, NICE! As soon as I find a deal on a used black XB12S, I'm buying one. |

Is it just me, or does the front fender look like it was made with tin snips and a dull hand drill? The other parts look great, but that fender looks like one of my "Ace-is-the-place" efforts... |

There's a guy in the U.K known as Hodge. He's infamous for running his streetfighter GSX whatever at amateur drag meetings. He doesn't drag race though, he just rides the strip on the rear wheel. His bikes, his friends bikes, and a few other dorks scattered around the U.K have those kicked up tails. They look ridiculous and absolutely serve no purpose. Not even valid as something aesthetically pleasing. To do that to an XB12S is sacrilegious and is only worthy of suspension from BadWeB. Poor taste indeed, and from a fellow Brit. Sheesh! Rocket |

UK prices for the aluminium parts are: Tank/airbox cover £550 flyscreen £125 Fender £125 The photograph of the fender doesn't really do it justice. I have sent the complete kit down to a dealer that has a new XBS waiting for us and they have fitted everything and will send me pics. As soon as we get them I will of course post asap. Seat height with the stock subframe is around 2" lower than the stock saddle.
