Hello !! New guy here. I have the race kit on my 03 firebolt xb9 and was curious to know if anyone has any info on whether or not an xb12 header would work on my bike. Anyone ?? Thanks |

I think they "fit" but I THINK I've heard Aaron say that the lost velocity creates a loss of HP or Torque. |

Porkchop, who is this Porkchop? One post, two & a half years ago. Maybe an Admin can do something. I understand they have the technology. Or maybe try adding Pork_chop. ? |

Header "fits" but the 04 oil cooler lines are slightly different. It makes things cleaner if you update the oil lines and the header at the same time. You will loose mid range torque if the displacment is still 984. |

I'm back !!! Porker was not taken !! Close enough !! I think I will just ceramic coat my existing header to match the pipe for now. I have just added the 12 air box cover and will switch the bike over to all synthetic fluids at the 1600 km service. |
