What I would do is check the runout of the rim. You have to think about if it throws off the over all balance of the rim/tire. I'm not the best at this, but if you think it would be best to replace it, do it. Just my $0.02. |

I have a small flat spot on my front wheel from a low side. It has been there for 15,000+ miles, and 3 tire changes with absolutely no ill effects. So, post up a pic so we can see how big the flat spot is, and if it's similar to mine...........run it! I'm guessing the wheel isn't "deformed". |
