After I returned from deployment, I installed a "heads up voltage monitor" on my 2007 12R. Everything was peachy until yesterday. Under hard acceleration, it would flash yellow, then flash red. The instruction manual says that flashing is bad. The only problem is why would my voltage drop under hard acceleration and not at a certain RPM? Once I start cruising or idling, voltage turns a steady green, indicating good voltage. What are some tests I could do to try and isolate a problem? If I blip the throttle at a light, I get no issues with voltage, only when I'm WOT. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

Check your "77" connector.

Torque reaction makes your engine rock back in the frame. Do what the nice Froggy says.

You got a flaky connector.

I checked the connector and it looks pretty good. But, I'm gonna swing by the hardware store and pick up some connectors that tighten on the wire with a little screw just to make sure. I'm gonna wrap that with shrink wrap. I think it'll take care of the issue. It started blinking more on the way home from work today. I'll have to fix it first thing in the morning. Thanks guys!
