I've always wanted a 03 xb9r white with the orange lettering. But would love the same colors on my 04 xb12s. What would it take to make the conversion? Anyone have the parts sitting around to sell? Does anyone have pictures of this already done? Thanks |

That is sweet. Any particular years of body work that does or doesnt fit? The 03 xb9r air box cover with the orange buell was what I was thinking. |

Being that you have an older XB, all years of XB and 1125 airbox covers will work, all years of chin fairings, all years of XB/1125 fenders, and all years of XB Lightning front fairings. Basically, the only things that won't fit are the 1125/Firebolt front fairings and tail sections. |

Sure do. That's Phil (Smokescreen) one of my good friends. Extra nice 03 XB9S during March Badness III at T.W.O.

Should be easy enough...just finding the parts. Thanks fro the advice guys. We've only had the bike a month. My wife and I both like the red. But I saw a XB9R white with the orange labels and they had the orange rims like mine....it was just too sweet. Besides, it's always nice to have the easy option of changing colors |

Smokescreen's XB9S was originally black. Silver_bullet (Bobby) painted the bodywork. I can't remember the exact name, but it's the same white as Ford's work trucks. |
