So there I am, responsible father/citizen, approaching an intersection which "humps" up across my path, and simultaneously shifting into second gear and rolling on the throttle to get away from the dump truck beside me. There I go, doing a wheelie through the intersection like a 16-year-old on a race-rep. My bike often just makes me laugh out loud!! |

Wheelies may not be inherently evil. Trying to put "ing" on the end of the word "wheelie" is definitely and inherently evil!! Wheeliing? Wheelying? |

Not to put anyone's lifestyle down or pass judgement or any of that crap, but I learned very early on in my life as a motorcyclist that chemical impairement did not actually add to or enhance the motorcycling experience, it only created a false apparency of doing so. Only speaking for myself here, but I realized that the more I got high on the various substances available back then, the less intelligent I became. Of course, like the rest of us who went through that period of experimentation and consumption, I was young and had the self-concept that I was invincible and possessing of an Einsteinian intelligence quotient. Unlike our riding buddy Mr. 420, this turned out to be not the case for me. I quit with the ingestment of these substances, but kept riding, this being in the very early 70's. The damndest thing happened - when the long term effects of the drugs finally began wearing off and I regained the awarenesses previously curtailed by the drugs, riding was better and way more FUN. It still is to this day, and getting better all the time. AL "52, totally straight, and doin wheelies" Sorry steve for hijacking this thread! I know exactly where you are coming from - I do the same stuff sometimes, and I'm a grandfather! 420-- burn a couple back and see if any of this makes any sense. |

"im already 28 ya *** wipe" That is so distressing. I was cutting you some slack, assuming you were around 18 and a high school dropout.
