Hey guys!

I am having some issues with my clutch. I have taken it into the Buell dealer down here in South Florida, which sucks, and everytime I tell them to adjust the clutch they just tighten my clutch lever and make it tighter. It catches so far out I almost pop it everytime. I was at a friends house, fellow Buell owner, and we adjusted the clutch from inside the primary. It made no difference in where the clutch was catching.

I only have to pull in about 1/6 of the way. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? I was thinking about changing out the cable, but wanted to see what everyone thought.

Mine is the same way. I just assumed this was normal for the Buell.

yeah, they did mine that way too. I hated it. move the adjuster that is inside the rubber boot (just pull the boot up). its right in front of the motor, inline with the clutch cable. I think I turned the thing counter-clockwise to get the clutch to engage closer to the grips.

Buy an adjustable clutch lever from American Sport Bike. $99 and cool lookin' : ). Mine is the same way but I have pretty good sized hands and don't seem to have a problem w/ it. I'm still going to buy the lever though : ).
