Man that is loud. I guess you gave up on Force doing any more for you on the pipe. I thought yours was one of the temporary fixes. Your bike looks great. |

Damnit Misato... Now that I actually WATCHED that video I'm VERY tempted to get the force pipe... I'm trying SOOO hard not to due to your experience with them. Does anyone esle make a pipe that sounds SOOO good? |

I had the street fighter pipe on my M2. Sounded very nice! The only problem I had was I kept snapping the muffler brackets, till I fabricated my own. It was jet coated black. Looked very nice on the M2. I need something just a little bit more subtle, that's why I went with the Drummer. Semper Fi Tatsu

How is the d and d compared to the sound of that force pipe? Is it a huge difference? |

It's hard to tell on a recording, but I must say that my D&D sounds just like that, especially in a building. Actually, i think my D&D is getting louder over time. I have about 1,000 miles on it now I think. |

drummer has 6000 miles on and it has gotten a little bit louder, and a bit lower or deeper in tone. not a cop magnet or anything like that, just sounds real good. |

The Force is by far louder. And I have heard them both and with miles on them. Craig Buell Cycle Center |

I don't think you can tell how loud anything is by a recording. The volume is controlled by the level it was recorded and played back at. It's like looking at a picture of a mountain and saying "the mountains in my town are way bigger" Even the tone can be changed by adjusting the recording levels. It's one of those things you have to experience in person to judge. You would have to measure the decibels to know which one is louder. To me, it sounds like my D&D. I am very happy with the quality, sound and volume of the D&D. JR |

I don't think you can tell how loud anything is by a recording. Yep, yer right. But, trust me, the Force pipe is louder than the D&D. I am very happy with the quality, sound and volume of the D&D. That's what matters most. |

Is the D&D louder than the buell race-can ? The d&d seems like the one for me, but I dont want it to loud. |

Misato: Polishing your gas cap shows true dedication! Holly cow! When the time comes to return the butchered "loaner" pipe, I think it would be hilarious to replace the original cut-off pipe pieces with crumpled old beer cans crazy glued to the pipe, with some stray safety wire attached to the pull tabs for effect. Heck, Force may even offer you a job as a fabricator for their quality exhaust systems |

AHAHAHAHAHAHA I like that. I was going to put all the peices in the box.. 8o) well they said not to mount the fairing and the 'new' pipes would have the mounts off of the engine or something.. I think I'll end up being stuck with this one, at least it hasn't broke..(I shouldn't have said that) |

Misato, You could probably use Jardine lower fairing mounts with the force pipe. I have heard of at least on issue with the new steel mount breaking though. Mine seem to be holding up fine. |
