Even with full slack in adjustment and cable removed from lever there isn't enough slack to turn the coupling 180 degrees (only way I can see to remove it).   Nvr2old Posted on Thursday, January 06, 2011 - 04:44 pm:        From Service Manual: Turn adjusting screw clockwise to release ramp assembly and coupling. As the adjusting screw is turned, ramp assembly moves forward. Unscrew nut from end of adjusting screw. Then: Remove hook of ramp from cable end coupling.
