Brother' Those are "Flatbars" It was an attempt at ridding some of the vibration(s). By being flat they (supposedly) lessened or eliminated pressure on the Ulnar Nerve. I don't know if they are still available. If you would like to try them out I could loan them to you.

A while back someone posted a pic of an upside down bar and shield with the date Buell was closed. Does anyone know who has it or do they have a pic of it? I want to get one made and was hoping to see the original. Unless I can just buy one from the original maker.
