Has anyone done or have a picture with some details. There's a lot of outstanding front end from jap bikes out there that can be purchase at a low price and it's probably a better, more adjustable than the existing factorly in the XB, Please post pictures and/or comments. |

Don't think I've ever seen one, what kind of front end were you thinking? Most japanese bikes are pretty angular while the XB has more rounded edges. Maybe like an original sv650 fairing would fit. Might also be able to fit a bandit S screen or something on there, but that's more of a sports touring setup. |

Sounded to me like wanting to put say a GSXR forks on a Buell. I think I would spend the time on money on a valve kit and springs for your weight. That said any forks with the correct diameter should fit, the brake stay and axle might be a problem though. I'm sure there is an Ohlins upgrade somewhere that you could put into the Showa outside parts. |

By "front end", I assume you mean, front suspension... Yea, the Glendale Harley guys have a Yamaha YZF6 (or similar) front end on one of their shop XB race bikes. Mike |
