Author Message   Hopebuell Posted on Tuesday, June 08, 2004 - 03:41 pm:        Greetings all, I am hopeful about purchasing a Buell in the near future for my wife and I. Currently drive a HD LowRider (her) and Honda Magna in Maryland. We have both had the chance to ride the X1 and XB9 Buells, and would like an X1. Only requirement is the blue racing stripe cover, fairing etc (That or no Buell says the wife) I personally would like to purchase as new a Buell X1 as possible, an 02 Lightning or White Lightning. Figure the bugs will be worked out and less miles, etc. If I was lucky enough to find/buy a set of Blue racing stripe pieces, would they fit an 02 or 01 Lightning? I did search for this topic, and found one affirmative thread. Wanted to check once more. Thanks for your time, I appreciate any info/advice.
