I am doing a track day December 4th and 5th at Jennings GP and I cannot wait. There are almost 20 people going from Pensacola, FL. Is anyone from here planning on attending?? | ||

Dang sucks that my leathers are busted. If you see a black mark just before Turn 3... yeah that was me. Check out www.floridasportbikers.com if you haven't already. I'm "torque" on that forum. They do trackdays at Jennings and are a great group to ride with. They also have a member who organizes track days at Tally GP and Barber. Last year he did a track day at Barber for $160/day! | ||

WOW 160 a day at Barber is good. I did tally in sept and my buddy hooked us up we got the jennings tickets for $110 a day cause he bought like 18 tickets and got the discount I can't wait to get there. You should let me know in advance when you are doing track days and maybe we can split gas and stuff | ||

I'm going back to Jennings for an FSB/STD track day March 26-27. But the plan is to take my girlfriend's Blast so she can do her first track day. I plan on riding too but maybe only on sunday. I might do another weekend before then though. I haven't been to Tally yet so thats a possibility. | ||

Barber sounds GRRRRRREAT like frosted flakes for $290 just not sure that is soon enough. I would love to hit the elevation changes. March 26-27 is right before my birthday so I may have to convince my wife to pay for that one so keep me informed | ||

Well the weekend went well. I rode novice the first day and started novice in the morning and the owner told me to bump up so I did. The second session out in intermediate I crashed (low sided) in turn 9 on the first lap out and I am pretty sure I was pushing cold tires too hard since I did not have any tire warmers and it was cold out. I did get the bike back up and running had to bleed the front brakes, change the bars, and thats about it. So i got to get in the mock race in novice and I came in 5th out of about 20 or more people. I finished off track trying to pass my buddy coming out of 13-14 I was on the outside and he pushed me off track but I kept it up. Jennings was very laid back, not as organized as STT but we did get in 8 sessions while STT was 7 | ||
