hey all, raining here 2 day, no riding so im interested in getting a new seat, and possibly a new rear kit for my 04 xb12r...the problem is, the passinger seat (with or without the plastic cover on) vibrates like a woman's toy...do they make a seat that is together, like the drivers seat and the passinger seat combined? any help would be greatful

Being a donor isn't an option for me here in middle america.. I sure wish they would get their asses in gear and make a seat for the XB_r models.. I like the Buell custom seat but it is too soft and the foam nearly worn out. |

The Buell after market with orange pegasus it's better than stock. Order a gel-pack for about $35, it's not hard to modify, cut out the foam, insert the gel-pack. |

The Corbin seat for the S3 sucks! Poor fit, bad cust. service. With them, I'd advice try before you buy. Henrik |

Look for Sargent cycles on the web. They dont make a seat for the R's but they do good custom work from the looks of it. |

First you should check that the seat and tail bodywork is all tightened down onto the subframe. I don't think it should vibrate. My 9R doesn't. Trojan Horse did offer a one piece fiberglass seat/tail combo. You might want to check their website. Mike. |
