Yup. Badly. With the Hawk down, and me in the market for a Lightning, I rode out this morning on her TL1000S. I just couldn't resist - today was sunny and 68, and the riding season is coming to an end. I should probably pick up some take out on the way home. |

It's been a pretty good bike. It's a 2000, on its third clutch basket (luckily they aren't that expensive. It is generally a load of fun, but it gets tricky quick on bumpy pavement. Diana likes it though, so that's what counts. It gets beter gas milage than my SuperHawk did. With stacks, Moriwaki cams, Erion exhaust, I was lucky to get 30 mpg |
