I got a friend of mine that is looking for a new exhaust for his XB12R. We looked at the American Sport Bike exhaust shoot out and he liked the way the D&D looked. Does anyone know where you can get one? He is also looking in to a Drummer also. Thanks for the help. |

The D&D without mapping and a good tune will just hurt the over all peak HP numbers |

but the midrange is nice with a race ECM. after a while of riding with it, you won't hear any bad things about it anymore. as a matter of fact, you won't beable to hear much of anything! lolol but seriously, it is effing loud |

Until you put it on a dyno and your bike pull's 84 HP. I got rid of it pronto and bought another Drummer. Dyno was then 94 hp. |

We modded his stock exhaust the other day and it sounds pretty good, He deffinitly wants it a lot louder. I have ECMSpy sp we could probily get a tune on it. puffinstuff got your PM, I will see what he wants to do. |

Or if you don't dyno your bike or care about ultimate HP... Yep if thats what you want its your bike. I seen a drop in over all HP from stock by a neg. 5-6 HP. I'm not one to throw 5 bill's at bike a lose from Stock. Waste of money IMO. The mid range was better but that was it. everywhere else it was worse then stock. The pipe could be good. Like I said mapping and tuning. Al did not spend huge amounts of time with the D&D. |

Can't remember what I paid for mine. $500 seems high to me. I never felt any gain or loss of power. I doubt I would ever notice 5-6 HP in either direction. Love the sound, looks, weight savings, and retention of stock jack points. Worth every penny I paid IMO. Nels |

I have a D&D that I removed from my 2006 XB12 if your friend is interested. I removed it after about 1000 miles. It was a bit too loud for me. E-mail me if interested |

my 03 XB9 put 90hp to the tire with a D&D on it this past summer but I an thinking about going to a SS drummer because I want a quieter bike and cant afford a micron even if I could find one I just don't have the funds for the drummer yet, if anybody wants to make me an offer I cant refuse for my exhaust towards a drummer I'd be more than happy to sell it. |

my 03 XB9 put 90hp to the tire with a D&D on it this past summer I'd like to see your sheet??? My 12 did 84 at its best with the same things done as your bike. Then.... same Dyno and a Drummer SS and I'm back to 93-94 HP. You must of had a happy Dyno. But doesn't matter now Last Laugh is gone now. |
