Want to compute my compression ratio, but need the piston dome volume of the stock Thunderstorm cast piston. Also has a ton of engine work and says he loves how the XB suspension and front wheel improved the handling. Very nice. Gympie the 1200 Buell/Sportster uses the same 3.812 inch stroke, so you should have the same compression as Buell using the thunderstorm based engine. BTW are you changing the cams and intake also? The only variable would be the gaskets. He is using stock Buell parts with the a the same stroke crank so what is different from the stock Buell?
