If I do the suspension switch from my Scg to the S suspension will I need to replace the T's for my fork since mine is 41mm and the S is 43mm?

You can try and get away with the 41mm trees, it will be a tight fit for sure. I am running 47mm forks in my 43mm trees.

Scg is lower in the front... won't changing to the S effectively RAISE your front end a LOT? That'd really make things truly weird. Handling is going to be unpredictable because we're normally talking about raising/lowering the front just 1/4 inch having a noticeable effect on handling - and now you're RAISING it almost a full inch.

I would recommend getting the 43mm triples... I THINK they're slightly larger castings to handle the larger fork tube bodies. It's a good mod for you - but seriously consider changing the shock to stock length!!! (check your email box)
