Replace the green with white or silver and I'll be all over that like Ft_bstrd with a burrito. |

"Mint condition" and "custom paint job" are mutually exclusive. |

I wander why Erik never thought of using the wooden frame? Very outside the box thinking! |

The guy lives close by. I don't know what he was thinking when he painted this bike. His trucks have made the cover of Truckin' and MiniTruckin' several times. |

maybe he was thinking alot of the stuff from the mini truck scene transfers over to the bike scene. for some it may... if your stuck in the early 90's for me it does not... i mean i give him credit for the time he has to have into stripping that thing down far enough to paint asl that stuff. just not a fan of the final product. but than again im sure many people arent very fond of my stuff so its all personal opinion. |

I dunno...it may not be your preference, but most of y'all ride stock machines. At least he put effort into building something that is personal and "his". |

I guess I'm the only one here that sees nothing wrong with it. Just looks kinda' Kawasaki-ish is all. I think they used those colors together years back on the Ninjas. Only thing I don't like is the painted gauges. Monkeying with the suspension seems kinda' unwise, but not everyone knows how squirrely the XBs can get when the setup is wrong. ~SM |

I don't like the result of your orangey 08 1125R, but the rest of your bikes I give a thumbs up

I need to put a dent in my frame so that it is no longer stock, then a 1340cc kit so nothing is left the way it left the factory! |

Is it the paint job I would want on my bike? No. But I do not think it looks bad either. I think if it was not for the color combo he did a good job on the bike as a whole. I really like how the lines form piece to piece still line up. I like how much detail he went into to paint as many pieces as he could to fit his design. |

He messed up though...the front caliper should be blue...it's in the blue section. As others have said, not my style...but at least it's not full of off the shelf/wall stuff and calling it modified... Mike |

If that's the alternative, I'll stick with my off the shelf/wall stuff. Don't care if people don't consider it "modified", I just consider it "mine". |

The lines of the paint and the extent of it on the bike make what is a pretty naked bike (with small fairing) try to look like a plastic-wrapped full-fairing sportsbike. It's just not that kind of bike, though, so why try? And that is a lot of lowering; I'd be concerned about how it rides. |

First off let me throw a few bricks into my glass house. Almost, if not every person that has seen any of my bikes think they are fugly as Hell and they may just be right. That being said, that bike is ugly. All that work and the forks are still bare aluminum ? With reflectors on them no less ! The footpegs, controls, and heel guards stick out like a sore thumb as well. Not to mention the fact that he applied green paint to a motorcycle. Some of the old timers will know where I'm coming from with that one. |

To each his own I guess...I think it is uglier than fido's ass....but I showed the pic to a buddy (whose bikes are all painted blue and green)and he loves it. On the "green" racer thing...A lot of people think its bad luck...but I won quite a few races as a teenager riding a Yamaha HT-1MX (100cc) that came from the factory with a puke green tank. |

if you dont know why green is bad luck, its not bad luck than. Its just a dumb superstition. Isnt green like the official color of the zx6r haha |
