Author Message   Bluzzit34 Posted on Wednesday, June 02, 2010 - 07:42 pm:        So I have been trying to work with the ECMspy to get rid of popping, and it seems to only be making things worse. I put the 04 race map onto the ecm, and lowered the values in the decel popping range by 3 points. Now, the idle is all wacky. Its almost like it over-reacts, by going from about 700 to 1300 and back again and again. It also runs really rough just cruising. Spark plugs looked fine. Just put in fresh gas. Cleaned the carbon off of the butterfly valve, reset TPS and AFV. Any ideas on what to do next? Thanks in advance.
