Hi Everyone, Newbie here but I have been riding a 1200 sporty for 17 years. I have a chance to buy a new, never titled 2007 TT Arctic white that has about 10 miles on it for about $6400. I know that is a good price compared to a year ago but what about now? I would love a Uly but new these days they all seem to be back up to regular retail at the dealerships. I figure that the TT is the next best thing. Thanks for your help in advance. |

I think the TT is the best looking XB made... always wanted one. I have a Uly and its great for long distance and 2 up riding. I think the TT can be a close second to the Uly in that regards. Just throw some saddle bags on it and a taller windscreen and you'll be in business. $6400 is a great deal for a brand new bike with a 2 year warranty. You wont regret getting the TT... plus it's one of the more rare XB's |

I just bought an 07 TT that was turned into an SS by Buell. Has 5k on it and paid 5k for it. Stellar bike! If your getting the warranty that's a nice perk. Every time I throw a leg over it and go there's a huge grin that's worth every penny I paid for. Do it, I don't think you'll regret it! |

I have two 07TT's. IMHO they're the best that Buell made! |

IIRC, Court mentioned in one post that the TT had the best suspension of any XB made up to that time. I.E. - better than the regular XB's or Lightning Longs. Sounds like a good deal to me. They damned sure aren't making any more of them. |

The TT is a great bike. Ultimately it ends up being in the end: What do you want the bike for. I personally LOVE the TT and am in the market (and have been talking with Mike on the TT you are talking about). For touring in my opinion it needs a Uly subframe attached to it and some wind protection. For all around street use, its great.. but the suspension is overkill just for the street, you may as well just go with a standard lightening then. Of course with that said, I want one in the worst way and I plan on mounting a Uly subframe up to one whenever I get one. As far as the price, he is in the ballpark. Ive seen others cheaper but they are getting hard to find. |

Love my TT. Great all around bike (long touring, 2-up, mountain, track). Hell $6400 is about the blue book on a used one these days. |

Thanks everyone for your help. I will take it all into consideration. I appreciate your knowledge. Chris, Mike said he was talking to someone from Oshkosh, I have seen your posts and have figured that you might be the one. I am now trying to decide between this one or an '09 XB12Ss long, 2k for $5400 obo. Thanks again. |

Lance, Yeah that would be me. I dont want to step on your toes, if you want it let me know. I dont want us both fighting over it and getting upset with each other in the end. If your heart is set on this one, its no big deal to me. I can always find another one out there, and Im still thinking about buying a Uly and lowering it. Ive got some others in mind, the others just dont want my Buell in trade. There also is one in Pulaski for sale for I think 6200 IIRC... Check out the Green Bay craigslist. |

Thanks Chris, I really appreciate your comments. I may go look at it tonight. We'll see what happens with it on e-bay maybe too. Does it bother anyone that it is already 3 years old but new? Just curious about that. Chris, didn't you just sell your ULY? I do agree that $6400 is a good price. I live about a 1/2 hour away from that TT |

That's an awsome price. I priced one at Barnetts today. About 8500.00 bucks. I would'nt wait, I love mine the exact same bike. |

Thanks for all your help everyone. If I can't find a Uly I am going for TT somewhere. I spent close to an hour on the phone with Chrisrogers3 tonight and it was so great to ask questions and talk cycles. He is a stand up guy. Good luck in your hunt Chris. I'll let you know what I purchase. |

I know this isn't the classifieds but if someone is looking for one,I have an 07 SuperTT with <300 miles on it. It has the XB9 gearing change, Uly frame brackets and pegs, and handlebars. I also have the solo and a seat from a SS.Kinda a Uly lite. It was titled in Aug 09, I think, so it has warranty till Aug 11. I would think about selling it at 6.250 Murf2 |

Just bought a left-over Super TT for $6500 + tax... Last Buell was a tube frame, nice to be back. |
