torqer..did you add the R fairing also, or just the clamp and clip ons? I always wondered what a XB/S would look like with just clip ons | ||

I've seen it. It's just the top triple clamp from the R. He had to cut into the housing to make it fit, and drill a hole in the side for the clutch cable. Looks like an S with clip-ons. Looked like a lot of work went into it. Other than the time, it was cheaper than buying the Crossroads piece, and less than most clip-ons I've seen. Maybe Torqer could post a pic or two? | ||

you know... I could post a pic if I had one. I think it looks killer. no fairing... just the number plate. I did have to do some free hand mods to make it happen. But I'm a streetfighter by god. It is in my blood. Plus I wanted to keep the geometry as the folks at Buell had it worked out. I do have digital camera don't I... what a modern world we live in.    | ||
