a few months(?) ago there were some people that had xb select seats that were bubbling or coming unglued. did anyone ever come to a conclusion on how to fix this problem. i remember one person kept sending his back until they got one that was good. mine is starting to come unglued at the back part of the rider seating area. thanks |

Nope, everything went tits up before a fix came out that I am aware of. It is possible some of the newer seats don't do it, I couldn't say. Personally I would take it to a seat shop and have them fix it somehow. |

so i took my seat to an upholstry shop that also specializes in motorcycle seats (a place called sunmark). the guy told me he would take a look and get back to me with a diagnosis and a price. $50.00 later it looks good as new. he had to peel back the cover, cut a quarter inch of foam out of the part that was coming apart, re-glue new foam and then glue the cover back down. he said the thing was glued really good except in that one spot. i have been riding all weekend and it's holding up so far.
