Author Message   Hogluvr Posted on Wednesday, March 03, 2010 - 10:04 pm:        I have a deposit down on a '05 XB9 Lightning, I am just curious as to what has changed since they came out in '03? It's rough so it's gonna be needing some stuff here and there, just wondered what kind of stuff interchanges between years, and what doesn't? The belt for XB- Stt, Ss, Uly(X-XT) will not work. The forks are different between 03, 04, 05 , and I think 07. Fuel injection systems vary through years also. Tell us what needs fixin, and someone can point you in the right direction. Lots of parts are interchangeable, it is a very broad topic though. Hope this helps (a little).
