Ok, so here is the story... I took off my open air box conversion kit about 6 months ago, and now would like to reinstall it. Now, I thought I would remember how and it would go back together... aka, what goes where on the bolts and whatnot, but I must be looking at it wrong; because I cannot figure this thing out! This is the kit that I am trying to install (http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-p rodshow/A9304.html), if anyone has the order to install the nuts, washers and rubber pieces on the bolts that is the trouble that I am having. Thank you so much. |

You have to re-route your breather hoses to a catch can... simple to do. Search for TONS of suggestions here. |

Looks like adhesive-sealant (RTV) applied between top cover and air-filter's rim. |

thanks yall, I have my hoses re-routed, and everything is set, its just the way i thought the bolts went together to seal everything off is not working... Does anyone have the actual kit that can explain piece by piece in what order things go together? Thanks again for the help. |

that is what I tried, they are closed for the weekend, and I was needing the bike back together. I guess I will just try until I get it.. Thanks everyone. |

got it figured out! I just had one thing flipped up-side-down. One piece and the whole thing goes ka-plooyee. thanks for the help. |
