If you want to make a product and sell it on Badweb, you need to be a sponsor.

If you just want to throw your extra's in the classifieds, that's not a problem.

Yes. Only exception is if you want to conduct NON-COMMERCIAL business and you keep it in the classifieds. Oh, and selling products that are in blatant violation of copyright laws will have HD lawyers knocking on your door fast.

I just found pics of them on another site, I personally doubt you would of gotten in trouble for them for just the Buell word. It is mostly the use of their copyright protected logos that gets HD stirred up.

Also, we are immature because we have clearly posted rules on what can and can't be sold here? Get real. Most of the other Buell forums have similar sponsor related rules too.
