Feed the conspiracy: 1. Note "always" in the 7th paragraph. Not seven years support but always. 2. Note "continue to be trained". Where was that in the US announcement. And the Canadian issue of the Book of Buell that came with it is pretty cool too. My dealer is on the list, they're about 20 minutes away, and good. Buelltroll: so, mr. killjoy, your national distributor did what to address your concerns? Leaving it to Froggy to make a list was good enough for you? |

It looks like Edmonton Buell owners have to go to Cowtown or GP to get parts and service too. Quite the hike. |

I caught the "always" as well. I'll keep my copy tucked safely away just in case parts become very scarce |

Looks like any riding east will be done north of the border. |

Lots and lots of riders from Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan, whether they are H-D or Buell fans, have made the trip down to Lethbridge BUELL (yeah, they still have the sign up!)/ Harley Davidson, for excellent, expert service and, no nonsense sales. They are a great bunch! |

I get the impression that Buell owners here in Canada have had way better treatment from dealerships than our friends in the States. I can specifically comment on the customer service I've received from Trev Deeley in Vancouver, which has quite honestly been outstanding. They always bent over backwards to accommodate any of my warranty issues, where the opposite seems true for many US Buell owners, if the forums are to be believed. I truly want to hang onto my beloved XB12R for years to come, and if the content of the letter posted by Gaza is to be believed, Canadian based Buell owners should be on the receiving end of continued decent service & parts availability. Fingers crossed! |

Well, I can tell you, here in Ottawa, Buell services are terrible. It doesn't take long to realize that when you walk in to either of our HD dealerships here, that the sales/service guys know nothing about Buell. You guys are lucky out west! |

I received my copy of that letter, along with the new, 2010 Canadian copy of "The Book of Buell" today. It was a really decent thing that they sent them out when they really did not have to. It actually got me pretty choked up, and drove home the fact that Trev Deeley is, and always has been, a true class act. BTW, Chris, if you take a little ride over to Montreal, I'm sure you'll be treated with a lot more respect. Those Quebecers love their Buells! |

Hopeful signs for me, as I'll be moving back to Canada and I was concerned about what would become of me and my Buell... thanks for posting, Gaza. |
