My understanding is the Select seat was redesigned at some point to actually be sewn inside the v-groove at the rear... (supposedly to help stop the bubbling that occurs).

Can anyone take a picture of that?

Wondering if I can get a shop to do it for mine (which has the bubbling)... or if it's just better to buy one.

Thanks.

Mine is sewn in but still bubbles. My dealer has been authorized to keep ordering and returning until we get one that does not bubble. He has gone through 6 in the last 3 months, all bubbling. Im not holding my breath for a good one.

Mine is sewn also and it is bubbling and it has never even been sat on or on the bike! I think the only way to really fix it is to take it to an upholstery shop and have them take the covering off and re-adhere it with some 3M spray.
