i am getting a 1125r and want to put a tail off a xb s and the dual headlights off a lightning. has anyone done this? i love the lightnings but it never had enuff power so i think this would be the answer. to buy the 1125r and make it into a lightning. let me know what you think. thanks shawn | ||

The S tail has been done, its not easy but doable. The Lightning front end should bolt up, but your going to get creative with the gauge cluster mounting. | ||

do you have any pics? i seen one with a ss tail , looked good. i would like to use the cluster from the lightning,but dont know if it will plug in. i suppose not, i have not got my 1125 yet so i cant check yet. thanks shawn | ||

i think the ss tail would be the best look on the bike, it being a little longer would help for room for electrical stuff. ANYONE HAVE A SS TAIL FOR SALE??? thanks shawn |
