Just to be clear. I need to drill out the rivets. To color the middle section I can use Rite. And to connect back together I can either use rivets or I can get that rivet replacement kit from American Sport Bike. Does this all sound right? What's the way to go, re-rivet, or rivet replacement kit? |

I went w/the replacement kit and never looked back. Prefer the ability to re-use since I don't keep rivets and a rivet gun handy like I do allen wrenches. Nels |

"since I don't keep rivets and a rivet gun handy" That sounds strange to me. I have like 3 rivet guns laying around. Of course, I used to build the bodies on our IMCA Mod dirt cars. I haven't seen what the American Sport Bike kit consists of. Is it like Chicago screws or something similar? |
